First Order Discount
Every new user will receive a A$5.00 credit to their account towards
their first order. Please ensure you use a valid email address as you
will be emailed for confirmation. Club Account credits cannot be used
against sale items. Club credits can only be used on orders where the
garment sub-total is A$50 or more.
Member Discount
All Zodee Club members get a 5% discount on all products on the site
(except sale items).
Customer Loyalty
In addition to the great deals above, when you make a purchase, 2.5%
of the total garment costs, excluding postage and including discounts,
will be credited to your account on despatch of the goods, to be used
towards your next Zodee order.
Referral Bonus
By referring your friends, you are not only doing them a favour by making
them aware of the quality lingerie and great deals, but you'll get A$0.50
for each person you refer that subsequently registers. Of course, they
too will be elligible for the A$5.00 credit on their account. You can
refer as many friends as you like but you will only get A$0.50 for the
first five that register & confirm their membership.
Order Tracking
Log in to your account to view all previous orders and to check the
status of current orders. Great if you need to know what size you ordered
last time.
Easy Exchanges
If you have ordered the wrong size or simply wish to change the item
you have received, we will be happy to send the replacement to Zodee
Club Members free of additional postage charges.
Despatch Promise
If your goods are not despatched within the time frame indicated in
your shopping bag, Zodee will credit your club account with $5 in appreciation
of your patience. Of course, if we foresee any delay we will notify
you first.
